Tobii Troubleshooting

It is all the more important that I enable you to get my eye control working again when the system - once again - has stopped working. For this purpose, I have come up with the following guideline, with which we will practically always be successful. The signs I give you are limited to my eyes.

Characters I use:

Eye blinking with a view of the screen Something must be clicked on the screen. Please point your finger slowly at all the buttons one after the other, e.g. "Close"¨, "Cancel", ¨"Repeat", "X", "Show trackin status", ¨"Calibrate", "Pause", etc. As soon as you arrive at the right field, I will make myself known. Then you simply tap the screen with your finger.  
Right eye is closed with view of the screen My field of vision is blocked. Please straighten the pillows so that the camera can see both eyes relaxed. Make sure that there are no tears or hair in my eye, otherwise the eye control will constantly miss.  
Left eye is closed The position of the stand does not fit. Realign it as described above.  
Both eyes blink alternately Please unplug the short USB-C cable of the camera from the Surface. Wait 5 seconds and plug it back in.

I don't feel like it any more. Please press the power button on the side until either the Surface turns off or the message "Swipe up/down to shut down" appears on the screen. If the message appears, follow the instructions.

When the unit is off, wait 10 seconds and press the power button again (but this time only briefly). Wait until I confirm that everything is working again. This can take two or three minutes.

Eyes are closed I have no more desire and no more nerves. Let's continue with the eye control later.
