Guys, the time has come! I have an insanely cool idea that will not only take you, but also your cooking skills to the next level. I'm not cooking any more - but you're cooking for me. And you'll be asking yourselves: \"Damn, why didn't I do this before?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Briefly to me: Who is this Paddy?
I love food. I love great food. I love it so much that I even started a food blog - with the little twist that I can't even cook myself. What now?! Yep, I'm paralysed except for my eyes and I'm being artificially fed. I can no longer taste anything, cut anything or flavour anything. But you know what? Fuck it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because I still have my head, my ideas - and now you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here comes the highlight: \"Paddy lets you cook\"<\/strong>
I write the shopping lists, I plan the recipes, I give you the instructions. And my guests (a.k.a. \"Paddy's Kitchen Squad\") have to get stuck in! Everyone gets a GoPro on their head and cooks according to my instructions. Raw action, POV style, zero bullshit! The whole thing is then edited into a cool, crisp TikTok-style video - short, funny, perfect for re-cooking!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does that mean for you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Ultra-simple recipes - that even absolute cookery noobs will love.
\u2705 Fun in the kitchen - because it's not about perfection, but about great food.
\u2705 Motivation to cook again - because you can see that it works!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why all this?<\/strong>
Because I want to show that anyone can cook. And because far too often we think it's more complicated than it is. I can't, but you can - and you will. For me, for you, for the love of food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
