For this position, however, my armpit is stretched and supported from inside or behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You simply stuff one of the small soft pillows into the armpit. The pillow reaches slightly under the shoulder blade for the greatest effect. But it doesn't have to, even if the pillow is only in the arm, this leads to a real improvement that can be felt all the way into the neck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way I can comfortably endure half an hour, an hour or maybe even several hours. Especially when it hurts acutely, this positioning is a great way to get by without painkillers for a long time. And you really don't need any physiotherapeutic training or anything like that. Hier geht es um die Lagerung, die idealerweise nach Anwendung der anderen \u00dcbungen vorgenommen wird. Ich liege wie \u00fcblich auf dem R\u00fccken, mit dem Kopf nach rechts gedreht. Normalerweise liegen meine Arme relativ parallel zum K\u00f6rper. F\u00fcr diese Lagerung wird allerdings meine Achsel gestreckt und von innen bzw. hinten gest\u00fctzt. Du stopfst dazu einfach nur eines der kleinen weichen Kissen in die Achselh\u00f6hle. Das Kissen reicht f\u00fcr die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Wirkung noch minimal unter das Schulterblatt.
