That's not enough. Looking back, I remember that four years ago (August 2018) I was still able to get both legs behind my head at the same time. On the contrary, it does me good and I find it very pleasant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gently slide your feet towards your bottom, starting from the previous position. You'll know when it's too much, you don't have to worry. Just stuff everything you can find underneath. Wenn ich zur\u00fcckblicke, erinnere ich mich daran, dass ich vor vier Jahren (August 2018) noch beide Beine gleichzeitig hinter den Kopf bekommen habe. Ja, auch solche \u00dcbungen habe ich trainiert, um fit zu \u00a8bleiben. ?
