Then press them lightly so that they are stretched. Aber glaub mir, noch nerviger als mir st\u00e4ndig die Finger auszustrecken ist es, st\u00e4ndig zu sp\u00fcren, wie sich die Finger zusammenziehen und nichts dagegen tun zu k\u00f6nnen. Strecke meine Finger flach und gerade aus. Dr\u00fccke sie dann leicht durch, sodass sie gedehnt werden. Halte diese Position etwa zehn Sekunden. Lasse meine Finger los.
