There are certainly many \"recognised\" techniques and aids to prevent this, but for me the following totally simple and comfortable variant also works. Then shape it into a ring. The ring should be big enough so that my ear does not rest anywhere, but my head can rest comfortably.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Turn my head a little to the left or lift it slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Loosen the lower right band of the mask even more than usual. Um das zu verhindern gibt es bestimmt viele \u201eanerkannte\u201c Techniken und Hilfsmittel, f\u00fcr mich funktioniert aber auch die folgende, total einfache und bequeme Variante. Wir brauchen daf\u00fcr nichts weiter als ein T-Shirt aus sehr weichem, nachgiebigem Stoff. Drehe das T-Shirt etwas in sich ein. Forme es anschlie\u00dfend zu einem Ring. Der Ring sollte so gro\u00df sein, dass mein Ohr nirgendwo aufliegt, mein Kopf aber bequem in Ruhe zum Liegen kommt.
