El siguiente ejercicio se dirige m\u00e1s al cuello y la garganta. Ambos ejercicios juntos producen una mejora considerable. El pulgar debe apuntar al menos hacia mi cabeza. Lo ideal es que est\u00e9 un poco m\u00e1s lejos, de modo que casi apunte hacia la almohada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Pero no deber\u00eda doler. Cualquiera que piense que estirar tiene que ser doloroso -he tenido m\u00e1s que suficientes enfermeras as\u00ed- deber\u00eda volver a presionar el Sulbank antes de empezar a empujar a un paciente con ELA.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora gira o mueve mi brazo un poco hacia atr\u00e1s, hacia la cabecera de la cama. No es necesario ejercer presi\u00f3n. Debido a la posici\u00f3n especial del brazo, el efecto se produce por s\u00ed solo. Mant\u00e9n el brazo en ligera tensi\u00f3n durante dos o tres minutos. Despu\u00e9s, simplemente col\u00f3calo de nuevo en mi posici\u00f3n habitual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La rotaci\u00f3n de la mano es importante.
