No seas aprensiva. Por tanto, todo el cuerpo debe estar tumbado de lado (y ya no sobre la espalda).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De momento, pon tu pierna izquierda doblada sobre mi pierna derecha. Mis manos y brazos est\u00e1n a la derecha, delante de la parte superior de mi cuerpo. Para ello, dobla bruscamente mi pierna derecha y pon tu mano derecha sobre mi est\u00f3mago.
