Luego presi\u00f3nalos ligeramente para que queden estirados. Strecke meine Finger flach und gerade aus. Dr\u00fccke sie dann leicht durch, sodass sie gedehnt werden. Halte diese Position etwa zehn Sekunden. Lasse meine Finger los.
