Ciertamente hay muchas t\u00e9cnicas y ayudas \"reconocidas\" para evitarlo, pero a m\u00ed tambi\u00e9n me funciona la siguiente variante, totalmente sencilla y c\u00f3moda. Luego dale forma de anillo. El anillo debe ser lo bastante grande para que mi oreja no descanse en ning\u00fan sitio, pero mi cabeza pueda descansar c\u00f3modamente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>Gira un poco la cabeza hacia la izquierda o lev\u00e1ntala ligeramente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afloja la banda inferior derecha de la m\u00e1scara a\u00fan m\u00e1s de lo habitual. Wir brauchen daf\u00fcr nichts weiter als ein T-Shirt aus sehr weichem, nachgiebigem Stoff. Drehe das T-Shirt etwas in sich ein. Forme es anschlie\u00dfend zu einem Ring. Der Ring sollte so gro\u00df sein, dass mein Ohr nirgendwo aufliegt, mein Kopf aber bequem in Ruhe zum Liegen kommt.
