Il me donne un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et me permet au moins une communication orale partielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>En plus de la possibilit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire de manger et de boire, le masque nasal a un autre avantage tr\u00e8s important par rapport au masque nez-bouche. En ouvrant la bouche et le palais, je peux cr\u00e9er une surpression dans la gorge qui me permet d'\u00e9vacuer une grande partie des s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions vers le haut. Die Nasenmaske hat neben der weiteren M\u00f6glichkeit zu essen und zu trinken noch einen anderen, ganz entscheidenden Vorteil gegen\u00fcber der Nasen-Mund-Maske. Durch \u00d6ffnen von Mund und Gaumen kann ich einen \u00dcberdruck im Hals aufbauen, \u00fcber den ich Sekret zu einem gro\u00dfen Teil nach oben bef\u00f6rdern kann.
