C'est pourquoi j'ai d\u00e9crit chaque \u00e9tape en d\u00e9tail et l'ai illustr\u00e9e avec des photos de moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tu suis les quatre principes suivants, rien ne peut aller de travers :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Garder son calme. C'est dans le calme que r\u00e9side la force.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La machine reste toujours allum\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les masques sont toujours mis sur le nez en premier, maintenus en place et mis en service pour que je puisse respirer. Tu feras le beau et tu redresseras les bandes plus tard, pour l'instant j'aimerais bien respirer. ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tout est en double, du respirateur au masque, toujours pr\u00eat \u00e0 l'emploi.
