L'exercice suivant cible davantage le cou et la nuque. Les deux exercices combin\u00e9s apportent une am\u00e9lioration consid\u00e9rable. Aucune pression n'est n\u00e9cessaire. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la position particuli\u00e8re du bras, l'effet s'installe tout seul. Maintiens le bras en l\u00e9g\u00e8re tension pendant deux \u00e0 trois minutes.
