Cependant, pour ce positionnement, mon aisselle est \u00e9tir\u00e9e et soutenue de l'int\u00e9rieur ou de l'arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cela, il te suffit de fourrer l'un des petits coussins doux dans l'aisselle. Pour un effet maximal, le coussin doit se trouver juste en dessous de l'omoplate. Mais ce n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire, m\u00eame si le coussin se trouve seulement dans le bras, cela entra\u00eene une r\u00e9elle am\u00e9lioration qui se fait sentir jusqu'au cou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je peux ainsi tenir confortablement une demi-heure, une heure ou peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame plusieurs heures. En cas de douleurs aigu\u00ebs, cette position est un excellent moyen de se passer durablement d'analg\u00e9siques. Et cela ne n\u00e9cessite aucune formation en physioth\u00e9rapie ou autre. Hier geht es um die Lagerung, die idealerweise nach Anwendung der anderen \u00dcbungen vorgenommen wird. Ich liege wie \u00fcblich auf dem R\u00fccken, mit dem Kopf nach rechts gedreht. Normalerweise liegen meine Arme relativ parallel zum K\u00f6rper. F\u00fcr diese Lagerung wird allerdings meine Achsel gestreckt und von innen bzw. hinten gest\u00fctzt. Du stopfst dazu einfach nur eines der kleinen weichen Kissen in die Achselh\u00f6hle. Das Kissen reicht f\u00fcr die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Wirkung noch minimal unter das Schulterblatt.
