C'est trop peu. Quand je regarde en arri\u00e8re, je me souviens qu'il y a quatre ans (ao\u00fbt 2018), j'arrivais encore \u00e0 mettre les deux jambes derri\u00e8re la t\u00eate en m\u00eame temps. Au contraire, cela me fait du bien et je trouve cela tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pousse doucement les pieds vers les fesses, en commen\u00e7ant par la position pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Tu verras si cela devient trop, tu n'as pas \u00e0 t'inqui\u00e9ter. Il suffit de mettre tout ce que tu peux trouver en dessous. De toute fa\u00e7on, je ne gagnerai plus de prix de beaut\u00e9. ?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mittlerweile ist meine Physio so ziemlich die einzige Gelegenheit \u00fcberhaupt, bei der meine Beine mobilisiert werden. Das ist zu wenig. Und das merkt man. Ich verliere meine Beweglichkeit, meine Muskeln verk\u00fcmmern krankheitsbedingt sowieso, die B\u00e4nder und Sehnen oder was auch immer da alles ist, verk\u00fcrzen sich so stark, dass ich meine Fersen nicht mehr bis zum Hintern dr\u00fccken kann. Wenn ich zur\u00fcckblicke, erinnere ich mich daran, dass ich vor vier Jahren (August 2018) noch beide Beine gleichzeitig hinter den Kopf bekommen habe. Ja, auch solche \u00dcbungen habe ich trainiert, um fit zu \u00a8bleiben. ?
