I know it's annoying. But believe me, it's even more annoying than constantly stretching out my fingers to feel them tighten up and not being able to do anything about it.

Stretch my fingers out flat and straight. Then press them lightly so that they are stretched. Hold this position for about ten seconds.

Let go of my fingers. If necessary, repeat the process several times with both hands until my fingers maintain at least a halfway satisfactory position.
