The posture is basically the same as whenever I lie on my back.
Instead of supporting my feet with the thin 40×80 pillow, you put it lengthwise under my leg. On the side where I have the thinner blanket.
Under the other leg, also lengthwise, place the thick 40×80 pillow. By swapping the blankets and 40×80 pillows from the left and right, you can easily create another bedding.
