Daily/after each use:

  1. Disassemble the mask before cleaning according to the instructions.
  2. Soak the mask cushion and kneepad in warm water (approx. 30 °C) and a mild detergent for up to 10 minutes, moving them around.
  3. Clean the components with a soft brush, paying particular attention to the small exhalation openings on the elbow.
  4. Rinse all components with warm running drinking water.
  5. Visually inspect each component to ensure that it is clean and has no detergent residue. Repeat the cleaning process if necessary.
  6. Allow the components to air dry out of direct sunlight before assembling.
  7. Personal addition on my part: After assembling, check all parts for completeness and intactness. Since I have been in possession of my first nose mask, not a single month has gone by without problems due to missing or incorrectly assembled parts. It would be nice if we could eliminate such really avoidable problems.

Weekly:

  1. Soak the headgear and frame that you have previously taken apart in warm water (approx. 30 °C) and a mild detergent for up to 10 minutes, moving them around.
  2. Rinse the components under warm running drinking water until all detergent residues are removed.
  3. Squeeze the excess water out of the headgear.
  4. Allow the components to air dry out of direct sunlight before assembling.
