Ready. Steady. Go. Let's take apart the MDK report on the determination of the need for care by every trick in the book. Not factual and far too emtion-laden for such a serious topic? And how, by now at the latest, a light must dawn on the processor. In me, they have chosen the wrong person for such power games.
I would bet 99 out of 100 contradictions are now devoted to medical issues. Or have no evidence at all. It's too dull for me.
First of all, we find fault with the dates in the cover letter. The thing with the date, that sounds rather subtle at first. But it is not that insignificant, as we will see in a moment. It was a thorn in my side because I know it all too well from my professional life. Calculating deadlines in a legally correct way can be quite tricky when public holidays, non-uniform national holidays and different transmission methods (letter post vs. electronic mailbox of the provider) are involved. And at the latest, when it comes to money, every day counts.
I'm not saying it's about money for me. But this is about money.
Besides, I'm fed up with the cashier's jurisdictional wrangling. It's so absurd that I've written about it in a separate post (you'll find it here). here). In short, when it comes to paying, everyone shifts the blame to the others and time passes comfortably. And the benefits I am entitled to are not paid.
What does my evidence say? Voilà.
As I said, deadlines and all that. And that's where the fun begins. I also know bureaucratic German, so it's not like that. If the date of receipt is assumed to be wrong, then of course all the deadline calculations that depend on it are also wrong.
Sounds strange. But it is. The nice thing about it is that I didn't make it up. I merely play my cards according to the rules of the opponent, one after the other. As long as you can back up accusations with legal texts or at least judicial decisions from similar cases - and you should definitely do that - you take the wind out of the other side's sails.
As always, the consequence must not be missing. Here it is trivial at first.
And I'm not saying I'm in it for the money. I'm not. This is about principle. And in principle, you can get anyone with money.
By now at the latest, it must be clear to every examiner that he really means it. We won't get out of this one any time soon. I hope you don't either. Have I got your attention? I'd be delighted, because I have something of my own to tell you. I'm still creating this content on my own and that's a lot of work. Especially for someone who can only write with his eyes (see here). The content is free of charge for everyone. That's fun for me and I'm happy when I pick you up with it. I'm just not a hip Youtuber where you click on thumbs up without thinking and diligently leave comments. Although some of my posts have been viewed hundreds of times even without advertising, I have no idea who they are. Some of the content is simply too personal to put online publicly.
That's why I'm posting the following pages with countless personal health data from me for members only. You can register quickly and easily, free of charge forever. Your data will only be stored on my own server on my own hardware in my own cabinet, which is located in the data centre here in Munich. You will not receive any advertising, newsletters or other crap from me. If you want to donate something, I'd love to. But not for me, but for our environment. Man, am I a do-gooder. I bet the MDK sees it differently. Here we'll continue tomorrow. In the meantime, you can already have a look at the here register.
This post will be revised soon. I just need to sleep because the MDK is coming in eight hours and my face hurts from the mask.
